EBSSelf-cleaning Screens (large flow rates)

These units are heavy duty, automatic, self-cleaning screens that are design for up to 800,000 bbld per unit and filters down to 1µ-10 µ using various sized screens (down to a 10 µ screen).

The cleaning mechanism, a focused, suction scanning technology, keeps the units in operation and clean without interrupting systems flow. This is new technology, not previously available in automatic screening systems.

Self-cleaning is performed only when needed. This technology improvement results in minimal usage of liquids (a fraction of a percentage) and energy savings.

SAF FamilySelf-cleaning Screens (small flow rates)

Similar to the models above but for smaller flow rates. These units are heavy duty, automatic, self-cleaning screens that are design for up to 60,000 bbld per unit and filters down to 1µ-10 µ using various sized screens (down to a 10 µ screen).

Self-cleaning Ultra Fine Filters

This is the newest technology in ultra fine filtration. These units are automatic and self-cleaning tread filters that are designed for up to 45,000 bbld per unit and filters down to 1µ.

AMFTextile fibers have been used for fin filtration in the disposable cartridge filter market. However, Enerscope has advanced the use of fibers with its thread filter technology as a self-cleaning filter system.

Ideal for a final polishing filter for most produced water applications. It is also used for pretreatment for UV and membranes for potable water systems on platforms and FPSOs as well as boiler feed water for SAGD.

Self-cleaning Fine Filters

MCFM & Other Filtration SystemsSimilar to the above Self-cleaning Screens, these units are heavy duty, automatic, self-cleaning screens that are designed for up to 50,000 bbld per unit and filters down to 20µ but are designed for slightly higher solids loadings.
